Got to be these lovely old gas lamps I saw in Kaiserswerth near Düsseldorf a few years ago. Sorry it's not the best shot, but I was just taking a general photo of the area, I wasn't aiming specifically at the lamps.

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.

I’ve never been to Europe, so haven’t seen any firsthand, but I did like the simple design of the ‘pot’, a lantern used in Germany, and posted by Kai back in 2010 see here https://www.lighting-gallery.net/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-43421

Since I live rather close to France I do very like French street lights. I like the old ones which are very simple built but also some more modern ones which were well designed.
