My best guesses for the crown surrounded by crosses is that you are related to a royal family, one of your ancestors was a pastor, or maybe it could mean your ancestors were religious pilgrims, sent to spread their ideas to the new world. Those are just theories, but they are based on my knowledge from prior history and religion courses.

My mother did mention we were apart of a royal family, atleast back in earlier times (idk how long ago... obviously very very long ago tho) but i did not know if any of these symbols reflected that... so that cross crown thing is a symbol of royalty/religion?

It's possible.  Your ancestors could have been pioneers from Europe who were tasked with Christianizing the Native Americans in the time before the USA was ever established as its known today, but that's just one of many possibilities.  Do you know what specific countries your ancestors came from before living in the USA?

Thanks, Owen.  Ireland and many Slavic countries such as Poland, Slovakia, and a few other central European countries have always been predominantly Catholic.  The Catholics and Protestants have a long history of disputes in Europe, specifically in Ireland, Germany and Poland.  In fact my family who was predominantly Protestant immigrated from Ireland to the US due to the frequent conflicts with the Irish Catholics.  I'm sure, based on the crosses and the crown, there is quite a bit of history in your family that involves religious affairs and possible relationships to royal families.   I've always been fascinated by the ancestry of my family and my friends.  Best of luck finding out more about your ancestors, Owen :)
