The quality is too low for me to detect which lamp it is. Older HID lanterns have mercury vapor lamps. Metal halide lamps inside road and street lanterns is something relatively new thing. If this lantern is very old, there is a chance that it is a mercury vapor lamp.

If you are near the fixture try this:
Lock your eye to one side of your eye socket and pan your head in the opposite direction, this causes you to see the strobe of any light source that has a flicker

That should tell you that it's at least HID, if not then IDK

Hard to say from the photo, the green tinge looks like mercury to me.

I'm 99% sure that is Mercury. I've never noticed that specific shade of green when photographing MH lamps (even old ones) The shade here almost reminds me of when I was trying to photograph a /C phosphored lamp...
