Streetlights in Roslyn, NY « on: April 07, 2018, 06:56:36 AM » Author: Cole D.
I was on Google maps and found some nice old lights in Roslyn, NY

Some side streets have these old radial waves, and this street also have an admiral hat. These have CFL bulbs in them.

https://www.google.com/maps/@40.8032006,-73.6487779,3a,75y,303.45h,102.63t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s_akacUJJMisKrhahyxfK0A!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

And these have clear bulbs

This street has these reproduction lights that I think may be Holophane

And this section has these reproduction radial waves that I think might be Pemcos

Vintage teardrops at an intersection

Plus post top fixtures mounted on arms, which I thought was odd on the post tops.

The more you hate the LED movement, the stronger it becomes.

I kind of like them in a way actually. It's unique and looks kind of old. But I would prefer the original radial waves to those.
