Do you have your albums set to public or members only? I have all my pictures set to public so anyone can see them. But for certain things in the future I might set to members only.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Mine are public, I used to have them members only but changed it to public as it made it difficult to check comments on my phone. I get email alerts of new comments and if I'm out they come through to the phone, and with restricted access I can't quickly check the comments as I have to log in, which is a pain as my password is not easy to remember At the end of the day, there's nothing there except pictures of lamps and control gear etc. so hardly classified information..! Guest viewers can't see your profile or other personal details anyway.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site. Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I keep mine open to guests. After all if we all hid our content this site would hardly attract new members which always start off as guests who like what they saw

Can I ask why..? I do have one private album, but it's normally empty and is only used when I have multiple uploads and want to edit them before they go public. Once I have the uploads edited how I want them, I put them into the public areas.

it best to leave public cause what if some lighting collector out there not yet discover LG then come across site reserching for odd lamp.
what some one found a oddball large mogul reflector lamps. up on there research discover they found spent fuel pool lamp. using that example it took me about a week of research what this lamp i had found.
problem is lighting infomation tend get lost over the years when lamps out of production and people need data about there lamps and since Dons bulbs data info long gone it prolly only place to turn to in the future .
