there are several of the 70w hps version on eBay right now, not sure if any of them have the packaging  eBay search designers edge L1730 roughly 1/2 dozen come up, good luck!

You can always message the ebay seller asking if they provide the packaging.

Why would you want anything from DE? I've actually been to their facility in Bellevue, Washington...what a joke...all they sell is cheap junk from China.
