 Don't know what you're budget is but there's a couple on eBay, the're not cheap, ($100 each + ship) seller is "idoovad"  these particular lamps are made by Phillips hope this helps !

for Large  sox lamp like this  paying over 100 buck plus shipping  on Ebay make no sense.  Your better off
going to a lighting shop local to area .  such as Light bulb Depot.   I have a Account with them id get a bit better discount.   even buying off from 1000 bulbs
problem is long sox lamp it dont take much to break
inner arc tube  it will come out about same and  having
a lamp intact.

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.
