The product description is somewhat an ode to mercury landscape lighting, too ! At least some non-collectors still prefer and appreciate mercury lighting.

i  have already use much more common CWA H38 ballast by reducing the capacitor value.

but If you wait long enough like I did you will eventaly find MV ballast on  cheao side like i did.  it happen to
me at restores twice and one on ebay to find H43 gear.
undet 10 bucks or less.

I've seen these ! I'm a little nervous about this seller because this ballast and the other ones he's selling all use the exact same photo ! makes my wonder what he really has !

If I had to guess maybe they just don't have a camera or something, or the ballasts are in unopened packaging. I was considering messaging the seller and seeing if I could get more info (like pics, or at least if the ballasts were HX or CWA).
