I have a Leotek GCJ, and it has a little blue strip on the Adam Driver.  I am wondering if this is for the Control Ready option that I ordered.

I believe you may be correct.  However, I don’t seem to be able to find the software to modify it.  This luminaire is a CR (Control Ready) meaning utilities have the power to dim or brighten it. 

I did some extra searching and it's so the manufacturer can use 1 driver for many fixtures. The software seems to be some super exclusive thing that only fixture makers can really use, so that's why you can't find the software.

My other Leotek LED Fixture, a GCJ0-15H-MV-NW-2R-GY-350-PCR7 does not have a simple set, but it has different color-coded wires that enable me to adjust the wattage from 350mA to 700mA.  However, I took the terminal out, and installed it in my GCJ1-20H-MV-WW-5-GY-580-PCR7-CR-L10V-RWG, however, I am unable to change the wattage on that particular one, since it is a Control Ready fixture.  (meant to be changed wirelessly via a Node)
