I saw the video, I noticed HPS reflects on the dashboard more, that does also prove they have longer wave length which makes the sky orange....MV are dimmer, but a brand new MV would stay bright....in fact LifeGuards would stay bright for 10-20 years......it takes longer for them to dim out....

I think Low Wattage CMH is the answer as of now......or Induction with cooler color since cooler color has shorter color wave length but easier to see in human eyes. They can always balance out in induction color so it balances out the adjusting of humans eyes and wavelength to prevent sky glow and actually does it's job....in color and lighting.....

I think color of light is very important in areas that people walk around and in residents...I would say HPS would be OK on highways

while rest of the places near buildings and where sidewalks are at should have a better CRI and Rendering source....

Nice video, the area was lit with all mercs at the end.It must now be all HPS or will be soon with the mass change-over you speak of for your area.

Actually most of them are still there, but the ones at the end of the video are not.
