These are in Mattawamkeag, Maine. Doesn’t anybody know the brand of the floodlight?

Can't really tell from the picture but I'd say whatever it is it's a remote ballasted MV since it has a ballast on the pole at the base of the arm .

Here is an image of the side of the first light, looks like Westinghouse.
