Looking for some FS4 cutout starters.  Something to prevent endlessly blinking lamps from eventually sticking their starters that don't preheat long enough or when a lamp goes bad or otherwise fails to start. Think: Unattended basement lights left on, where a spent lamp or a lamp that fails to start after coming back on after a power outage might not get noticed and taken out very quickly. 

Manual reset or automatic don't matter. 

Alternatively...while at it...electronic starters.  Got some ballasts that don't like to start lamps...glow starters just do not always preheat long enough.

There are always a few for sale on eBay, such as this one. I definitely agree they are a wise investment! I have just enough for my lights plus a few spares.
