Try 1000 Bulbs. They have a Plusrite for around $5. Hopefully you can get one in the UK.

The future of street lighting is Induction, not nasty HPS lights or cr@ppy LED lights!
Preheat CFL's should make a comeback!

You can try a pet supply store that is where I sometimes see clear ones.

There is one important thing: SBMV for terrarium emit significant amount of UV (reptiles need it to avoid parasites or fungi diseases to buildup on their skin), what is everything, but healthy for humans.

Nothing like the beautiful cool white light of a coated Mercury Vapor lamp and the soothing hum of it's magnetic ballast.

Wow, $55? I've got an extra I'll sell you for $50! :D jk

The two 1000bulbs ones were both frosted that I saw. I got mine from ebay. 3 for $33 though :(

Yeah the price for the clear one is high. I got a coated one from 1000bulbs for $4, but I also had to buy other things because you have to spend a minimum of $25. But still, the coated one is WAY cheaper and so far I have not been able to find a clear one anywhere else.
