I am looking to finally fire up my LM Unistyle using the wiring provided from mike. One wire is green while 2 are black, when I hook them up do I have to put the black ones on the same Sides as the ATBS or does it matter what side the black ones are hooked up to?

HID, LPS, and preheat fluorescents forever!!!!!!

Ideally, the live (hot) wire will go to the center pin of the E39 lampholder and the neutral wire will go to the lamp socket shell.

What about a terminal block? Would it matter if the outer wires got switched with the middle one staying put?

Your Unistyle is still wired with the ballast and P/C socket as shown in your gallery pic right ? The wiring you speak of is the power cord that was one the ATBS when you got it ? I'm trying to tell which wires run where in your photo of the inside/ballast of your Unistyle ( not to good of contrast in the photo so it's hard to tell.
From what I can see in your photo , the black wire coming from the P/C socket will be the hot wire and the terminal that has both the white or light grey wire(I can't tell the actual wire color in the photo) from the P/C socket and the wire from the ballast is the neutral .
If I could see a clearer photo of the wiring in your Unistyle I could be a little more confident in my answer.

Here it is, not sure how to wire it.

The crappy speed won’t let me post a photo. It says page isn’t working.

OK , I was correct . Your terminal block is labeled 1 , 2 , 3 , #1 just has a single black wire , that is your hot , #2 has both a black wire and a white wire , that is your neutral . #3 isn't used .
Your power cord should have 3 wires in it . There should be a black , a white and a green . As I said before , the green is your ground, it will just attach to a metal part inside of the fixture, such as a component mounting screw. The black wire in your cord is the hot and will attach to terminal #1 on your terminal block . The white wire is your neutral and will attach to terminal #2 on your terminal block .
Now , if for some reason you cord has 2 black wires and no white (seen it before) you can determine which is the hot wire easily. Look at the plug as if you were about to plug it into the wall (with ground pin on the bottom) , the prong on the right side is the hot. You can then test each black wire separately with a meter to determine which wire is connected to the hot prong.
Any more questions ? Just ask !

Thanks! Yeah it has 2 black wires and one green. Could the extra black wire go into terminal 3 since there’s an empty screw?

No , Terminal #3 on your light is just an empty unused space . Honestly , you can just hook 1 black from your cord to terminal #1 and the other black from your cord to terminal #2 . As long as you hook up your ground wire (green) to any of the mounting screws in your fixture it really shouldn't matter. I test my lights with just a 6' extension cord with the receptacle end replaced with 2 alligator clips and haven't had any problems !
