I have this 1970s GE 8 track player that will only turn on the radio tuner's backlight and the current head position (1, 2, 3, 4) light, nothing else. Does anyone know what is wrong with it?

Got any pictures of the unit or the model number? I could try to see if I can dig up a service manual for it. Also any blown fuses? some of my older audio equipment had different fuses for different functions.

Model number is SC 2307B. I will upload a picture at 12:00 because that's when I finish school. I think a capacitor is blown inside because when it died 11 years ago, it smelled like smoke. When I opened it, I saw a 2200 microfarad cap that looked like it had leaked.
