LED street lights are bad. Some look good though. HID is better.

There were two 1000w cobraheads from Powerlite. The B2218 and the B2228. I'm assuming you're referring to the B2218 which was the 1960s 4ft long model. The B2228 replaced the B2218 in the 1970s and was a B2255 with a modified reflector in order to accommodate 1000w lamps.
