Yes I did.  I can hardly wait for it to arrive.  Looks like an interesting fixture.  Wonder what kind of starters and ballasts it has.

I didn't get around to asking the seller about the lamps, but the fixture has shipped.  Hopefully it should be here early on next week.

BTW here's a couple more that are worth looking into: vintage sylvania vanity milk glass fluorescent light. Vintage Lightolier Fluorescent Retro Ceiling Fixture.  This one is unusual because it appears to take 25 watt lamps.
