Do you mean those? Look for 36W UVC tube on Ebay and you will find more than one.

If you mean T12 lamps I imagine you'll have better luck on your side of the pond as T12s are scarce here in any flavour.
T8s should be available but might be in short supply or overly expensive due to current medical sterilization needs.
