At my local shopping centre/mall, there is a cobrahead style fixture that I really want to save but there's some issues. One is the light is still on a pole and the other is I have no idea who owns the pole so I don't know who to ask. I really want to save the fixture because cobraheads of any kind are very rare in Australia and I don't yet have any in my collection. Any ideas about what I can do to maximise my chances of getting the light?

Fluro starter pings combined with a 50hz ballast hum and blinking tubes is music to my ears.
