I've never understood why they are called restrooms? I never got much rest in one as I've always had a terrible "seat".

My former coworker, let's just call him "Kevin" used the facilities as a "restroom." He'd take a seat in the stall every day and watch Netflix on his phone to avoid having to help me with my work  :lol:

Restrooms always seemed like a American thing to me. Over here they're generally referred to as washrooms with some places like Five Guys still calling them restrooms. I have to remind myself to ask for the restroom instead of the washroom when I'm in the US lol.

Yes! I did that one day when I knew he was in the stall. I made a gas-passing sound into my arm and ran out before I started laughing.When he finally came out, Kevin was furious and griped to me about how someone farted in the bathroom in the middle of his show. He had no idea it was me to this day! Kevin was easily angered and funny to mess with  8;)
