If you want lifeguard lamps, check out used building materials shops, in USA and Canada the most popular is the habitat for humanity. Depending on the store and location, you should be able to find some vintage fluorescent and HID stuff.

Local buy and sell sites like Kijiji and Craigslist are another good bet. If you have a little bit more of a budget and some patience, you can hit up eBay, though this is better for smaller items like HID.

Yeah from my experience, eBay is your best bet.

However, I’ve had no luck finding any on OfferUp (unless you want the modern fake Westinghouse lamps). I’ve also had no luck finding them on Craigslist (at least individually as my M-250A I got off there included one paired with the fixture).

Also note that most of my vintage lamps I got from friends or members.
