Yep, looks like General Traffic Equipment’s facility in NY. They sell some of their stuff on eBay practically factory direct. Like eye candy.

I'm pretty sure the NYC Special 150w HPS Cooper OVZ  I bought off eBay came from them. It came packaged in a General Traffic Equipment box and I think that was the ship out address.
