More now interested in Polish Street lighting, the country where I come from.

LED fixtures need to stop replacing fine-working streetlights. However, I except retrofits, only if it's done very well.

For today I live in England, so except me posting English fixtures as well.

All from me, 220v-240v

Hmmm, that's good question. :wndr: My guess is something to do with helping to locate live cables and preventing theft of the wire if it is dug up.

Usually just a burn in test . Let everything run to help find pre-mature failures .
