Hello! my first post here! I wanted to ask a question about a tube I have. its a G.E.C. Osram fluorescent starter? Im not sure exactly what it is, so id like more info if someone has any! I originally thought it was a gas discharge tube as I bought it in a lot that was full of radio tubes, am I right or wrong?
