The problem is that this spectrometer have low spectra resolution, as it show narrow lines as wide, and makes hard to resolve every line in the spectrum. I'm also fear that I don't know how to use a spectrometer. But it definitely looks that a tin was used as a filter for the blue wavelengths.

But I think neodymium is still exists in the arctube to bring the CRI to Ra96, while other daylight rare-earths have lower CRI than this.
