These are carbon filament lamps. Unfortunately, all four have their filaments broken. Something very old, as these seems still having expensive platinum wire lead-in seals. Probably very seriously old, my wild guess may be even from 1890's, due to their seemingly archaic construction!
Wikipedia says inexpensive dumet wire that replaced platinum in glass-to-metal seals, was invented in 1911. So these lamps are sure were made before.
Sorry can not tell any more, I am not much into historical lamps.
