Thats correct only the 4', 8' and U bents are affected. The lamp manufacturers have since switched to T-12s that comply. For example Philips now makes Soft White Deluxe, Neutral Deluxe, Cool White Supreme, etc.

OK. the original WHITE color. Home Depot didn't have these at my location, maybe I will try another place that has Philips.

I have another question. Does the ban mean they need to stop selling them completely, or can they sell out there current inventory?
