Good day.

It's a Philips BSN 150L ballast and a superimposed ignitor, the wiring diagram on the ballast is showing the connection to a regular ignitor but not a superimposed ignitor. For the superimposed ignitor, the cable in the middle says it should be connect to the lamp

Connect according to the drawing on the ignitor



"1" of ballast (L) is L

"2" of ballast (that is going to standard ignitor) dont connect

"3" or "4" of ballast (230 or 240 tap, choose one thats suitable for your voltage) connect to RED of ignitor
