Awesome! Would you mind posting some photos detailing the reflector.

Will do. Do you know how to open the ballast door? It's held in by 4 Philips head screw, I got one out, but the other 3 are completely stuck, they won't budge at all. What I'm really asking is do any of you know how to take out unstuck screws? I've already tried WD-40, but to no avail.

Another follow up with this thread. How would I collect fixtures that are on a highway by me? Going there while a lineman is replacing the fixtures is impossible because it's on a active highway. And because it's a highway, it's not like I can contact a municipality about it. So who would I contact to collect some of those fixtures?

If you can befriend a lineman, that’s probably the best way. I know I’d never get a response from Duke. I did contact GEC, a smaller cooperative utility here, and they did respond, but didn’t offer any as they scrap them.

I did have a friend I met on the streetlight groups who was doing changeouts! And he did get me some nice NEMA heads and a cobra!

I’ve also gotten a few nice fixtures off eBay for good prices because they were used, not listed as collectibles or new stock and the way they were pictured nobody noticed them.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Highways are usually managed by the states DOT, you could perhaps try contacting them, or the contractor doing the changeout.
