The current offerings from Sylvania (LEDvance) are junk and apparently made in china now. All the ones I tried had very long warm up times and some tend to have a pink tint to them or are too yellow.

Current GE was a little better but performance wasnt all that great.

Philips seems to still produce decent lamps and all the recent ones I've been buying boot right up first try and no warm up issues or anything, their colour does seem a little more towards 3400K to my eyes
