Wich brand of warm white F40T12 has a the best CRI, colour, Philips vs GE vs Sylvania?

I would say best warm white F40s is
The GE blue etch F40T12/RVL   Reveal lamp
Sadly it hard to come by now

The current offerings from Sylvania (LEDvance) are junk and apparently made in china now. All the ones I tried had very long warm up times and some tend to have a pink tint to them or are too yellow.

Current GE was a little better but performance wasnt all that great.

Philips seems to still produce decent lamps and all the recent ones I've been buying boot right up first try and no warm up issues or anything, their colour does seem a little more towards 3400K to my eyes
