I'm not sure. I was guessing it was discontinued at the end of June or very early July.

I've done some research and don't seem to find anything supporting that this will happen. I read that Incandescent,  Linear fluro, and halogen are affected, but its just additional restrictions on them, mostly apecific states. But not outright bans. Didn't find any at all that were recent.
