I decided to make a few NEMA tag sheets as replacement decals for street lights. If you guys want to use any of these feel free to but I'd recommend adding some kind of laminate. The types I have made are MV/HPS/MH/PSMH. I don't think these are perfect but definitely hard to tell from the real thing and will certainly look better than nothing.
