I have two used Advance R-2E75-S-3-TP ballasts from 1993 that work, but are a little noisy and a little dim. Tubes flicker slightly when cold until they warm up. They are series slimline ballasts, made in USA.

I have six used Accupro AP-RS-240RS-120 ballasts that work. They are normal (low) power factor electronic rapid start ballasts, made in China. They run F34T12 or F40T12 tubes.
