I bought some red rope lights from Spencers and they did not come with anything to hang them with. I'd appreciate any creative ideas or suggestions that I could try. Thanks.

I am wanting to hang them in a bedroom along the ceiling, how would I use twist ties? What would I tie them to? lol

You can stretch it between 2 points, or along the curtain etc. Or get adhesive zip tie anchors (plastic anchors with double sided scotch on hte back) to install on the ceiling
