It says new never used.
 
I have a 4 watt Lampi that is shirt pocket size that is my favorite little fixture.
I have never found another 4 watt Lampi like it.

Now my little 4 watt Lampi has a new friend.

Good find.  I think a fun project would be about 5-10 of these painted dark green and fitted with different color F4T5 bulbs and attached every 6-12 inches to green lamp cord.  Yes, I'm referring to a Christmas light string from a parallel universe where fluorescents are the only lighting technology.  I do still see F4T5 battery powered closet lights cheap at Walmart and thought about doing it with them (the whole string powered from a DC supply the same as the battery voltage), but these kind of lights are good at burning out lamps very quickly, and the colored 4W tubes must be pretty rare (if they exist at all).
