| Judging by the etch on the Sylvania lamp, I would say sometime between the mid-1970's through early 1980's when Sylvania was a division of General Telephone & Electronics (GTE - now Verizon). I have no idea on the Westinghouse, but it could be from the 1950's or 1960's.
