This old fluorescent wall fixture may have the original bulb.
If so this could be a rare find.

May be some one could date the bulb and see if it is close to the date of the fixture.

Looks like 6 watt, but I am not familiar with the old Sylvania bulbs, so I am not sure if it is a T5 or T8 from the picture.
I would guess that if it is 6 watt it would be a T5.

I have never seen a old 6 watt fluorescent wall fixture before.
