Hello: I try to buy these two lamps from my father money through lighting websites like any-lamp.com and svetila.com, but either they don't ships to Israel (any-lamp.com) or requires to create an account to buy (svetila.com). Can anyone send me these two lamps one per unit?

Wouldn't be a problem, but I don't have them and would have to buy them first. Shipping to you would be 15,89€ without tracking. Btw the HCI-TS 70W is only available as 830 and contains radioactive material I don't know how your customs control likes that.

The modern HCI-TS are radioactive free. I don't know how to pay through shipping. It is possible only with credit card and Paypal which I don't have.
