Today I saw a lowbay on an arm being used as an area light! Have you found any oddities near you!

Hard to see. Where is this located near? Maybe me or someone else around the area can take a picture of it.

Loma Linda, CA did something similar, will have to get pics sometime. Some of the lights they hacked are GE M-400s (new gen, no power door ones), GE M-250R2s, and Hubbell RMGs. It's only a small stretch of them on the Mountain View Avenue overpass that goes over the Union Pacific (former Southern Pacific) Sunset subdivision.
