I am a very night owl person (hence why im am up at 11pm!) But sometimes i weirdly wake up in the middle of the night and cannot sleep. Other times i wake up hours before my alarm and cant sleep and then get out of bed. I also even if i go to bed on time at like 9pm still takes me forver to sleep. I am a very light sleeper!

Im calling off for the night, just a tad earlyer at 10pm but i have been having horrible headaches as of late and my lack of sleep might be that. Goodnight LG!

I seem to flip-flop between night owl and early bird, some weeks I go to bed around 10/11pm, others as late as 6/7am.

Wait until you're working a three shift rotating pattern, early/late/night. 
Then you'll really flip flop.!! 

welp its xmas everyone atlest for me. Cant sleep so decided to hop online for a sec and try again as i ahve been in bed for 2 1/2 hours
