Something like that would be cool to attend.. But way too far for me .LOL.
Plus at this point I don't even plan to start attending the monthly local Christmas-light meetups again (which start next weekend)
..atleast not til I get shot for covid...

Bump time, but if any of you Midwest members would be interested in doing this sometime this summer assuming the COVID situation is mostly done for by then (wishful thinking, I know), I'd totally be down for it.

During this meetup, I encourage any collectors involved to bring any valuable light fixtures.

I'm thinking if enough members are on board with this it might make sense to find someone with the space who could sort of "host" the event (at least from what I know, that's how most member meetups here have gone). I know I certainly can't considering my current situation and how far away I am even from most Midwest members here though. Oh, and my real name is Sam.  ;)

Thanks for the advice, I was thinking of just bringing a few LED shop lights from Walmart but I'll reconsider.

Maybe here or somewhere else in the city, not sure where other members are that are interested.

I'm thinking my meeting point is gonna be in iowa, not sure where though. :wndr:

If people wore masks, got both the shots and the booster then people would be immune too it. I am in Washington County, Utah. You know St. George, Utah?

LED street lights are bad. Some look good though. HID is better.
Please, watch out for the future. It's not looking good. Loves instruction manuals of any kind!

Well shoot. :-\ For some reason the midwest seems to be least populated of lg members in the U.S, they are all pretty spread apart, despite two others in my state. It just seems hard to meet up as alot of the others are in places like ohio and oklahoma, alot seem to be in texas but thats far from a place like kansas. :P
Yeah, i am the only collector here in Utah
