Now this layer looks like as if it was the condensed halide, so why it don't disappear when the lamp warms up.

There is indeed halides there, but the dark coat has got electrical spark etching in it, (Lichtenberg burning), so whatever it is it’s conductive, my HPI have the same tiny tracking lines in the black coat 🤔
