These on eBay, and the seller has two. I might have been interested but they're expensive, especially with shipping. Notice, some of the pictures were taken from the gallery here.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Westinghouse

I talked to the seller and got the other two photos added. It has a short 17" inch arm. This is a cheapie Westinghouse but has the 6660 FP P/C..

Vintage HID Collector

Way over priced in my book. If this were a utility grade version, I'd be a lot more interested, but this is their cheap version, and was probably made just before the sale to Cooper Industries.

Your mission - should you choose to accept it - is to save unique and rare HID lighting before it's all scrapped.

I never knew there was a non-utility version with the latch-on optics. I kind of figured it wasn't as old as the ones in those ads though.

Yep, they made them. The cheap flat plate arm mount 17" is the first indication. The Westinghouse factory photo in the listing that shows an RMA-10 fixture with a longer arm, tall photocell, and mounting 5/8" thru bolt was an earlier RMA and it would well be worth the price.
