Consider scanning the good glass at a 3D printing/service shop. Print out a cheap plastic copy and simply use for display. I'd imagine if the bulbs on these are MV, the printed material couldn't handle the heat. Actually, polycarbonate copies can be made, which are good for LPS lamps. Keep a copy of the 3D scanned format on a file for future use, for if and when you decide to visit a glass blowing facility.
