The TCP/Ecosmart lamps likely have bad solder joints (crap lead free solder is another greenie induced plague).  I had a 68W TCP lamp and it died from the solder joints holding the transformer on the board failing.

Rexer cfl: not bad; they are cheap, but i've never seen an failing ballast (i recycle them to make homemade fixtures)
CRI is good (80) and power factor is near 85.

solder joints are good.
