Does the light present a hazardous situation such as broken glass or lens, the fixture is in danger of falling, the wires are exposed, the pole is damaged, leaning or knocked down? You would Click No. (If yes, then you would cant to call 1-888-544-4877 immediately)
If Yes on the first question and No on the second question, then the next question is:
What type of lighting problem are you reporting? You would want to put a dot at STREETLIGHT (or OUTDOOR if it is like a Security Light installed in your driveway area or your house like a Security Light or so)
If you put a dot at STREETLIGHT and if you do not have an online account with First Energy,
then you would click:
