Just curious, is there a reason you wouldn't want to go preheat/magnetic?  Is the fixture too small (smaller than this one)?

Yeah, it is a tiny fixture and none of my preheat ballasts fit in it Also there is nowhere for the starters to go

Thanks! I hope the ballast is smaller than it appears in the photo. The fixture's ballast channel is about the length of an F8T5 from the tips of the pins on one side to the other
