The rarest one I've found is a 400W mercury vapor OVS.

Obviously I'm not sure about the whole World's Rarest fixture. But if we're talking Polish, then it's Mesko OURZ 2250 fixtures, A-20 ORZ 5 fixtures and Elgo OUR / OUH 2x400 fixtures.

The Rarest lantern that I’ve seen is likely the ELSA HNG https://the-lights-of-belgium.odoo.com/web/image/4475-e0290472/ELSA01-page-001.webp or the ELSA Elsodia https://the-lights-of-belgium.odoo.com/web/image/4878-316eeb3b/E.L.S.A._4.jpg
