Streetlight : that would be any of the smaller companies' clamshells (Pemco , Revere , Joslyn etc. )

I know they're a newer company but I'd say Pacific Lighting & Standards Co. They made Spaulding Palomar knockoffs (there is some on eBay too!) here is the website link, the site hasn't been updated since 2010 so it might not be safe anymore. http://www.pacificlighting.com/UI/Default.aspx they also have this:

LED street lights are bad. Some look good though. HID is better.
