I know they're a newer company but I'd say Pacific Lighting & Standards Co. They made Spaulding Palomar knockoffs (there is some on eBay too!) here is the website link, the site hasn't been updated since 2010 so it might not be safe anymore. http://www.pacificlighting.com/UI/Default.aspxthey also have this:

ON LG FOR 2 YEARS! Please don't ask to meet up with me, as I am still living with my mother. Don't send me items either please, thank you! Please, watch out for the future. It's not looking good. Loves instruction manuals of any kind!

The L-400/L-1000 and the Brevard are very rare, too.

@ Burrito : The Mission Bells are made by GE entirely from GE M-250 & M-400 parts . There's two on eBay : https://www.ebay.com/itm/353203073331 (M-250 parts , 100w HPS) and this : https://www.ebay.com/itm/165525545458 (M-400 parts , unknown wattage/lightsource)

@Baked bagel 11 - Nope, unfortunately. There were a lot of nondescript companies that made LED street lights back in the early 2010's. @HIDLad001 - They are actually the sag lens versions of the Tu-Dors! "LP" stands for "Low Profile." The LP-15 is essentially an OV-15 Tu-Dor, but instead of a drop/flat lens, it has a sag lens. Likewise with the LP-25.

I imagine one of the rare ones include the Revo Hyperion A. I do not know where there is still one in service in the UK, as of now.
