I felt comfortable with a few crowds and like quiet home.  When traveling around with my mother on her vehicle, she usually turns off the radio.  During my bus ride to/from work, I have my hearing aid configured to mute.

For the majority of my daily life to this point, I would say that I was very comfortable being alone and reserved. But right after I have any sort of infrequent positive social interaction, I seem to yearn for more after it is over, even though during the interaction I am often awkward. Though this only really applies to smaller settings, if there is a huge family gathering with a bunch of people who all want to talk to me, I just hate that in it's entirety and would be very content being alone.

So a little of both, which I am sure is the case (to a certain extent) of most people.

Personally I used to hate being alone with my thoughts. Now? I can go on hours-long drives with nothing but my thoughts for company.

But I don't mind socializing. Especially when it comes to interests of mine, like lighting.

I'm fine with being alone.

Being in crowds even fairly big ones doesn't bother me, but I'm not gonna just go up & try to chat with some random I don't know.
If someone says hello, I'll say hello back, if that leads to talking, fine... but I'll never initiate it.

I'm somewhat shy, though not as bad as I used to be when younger.

Also always been single, and really no interest in having a girlfriend or dating at this point.
Adding to that, remaing single also means one good thing..you can never end up heartbroken!
